A full week of doing trade shows :( Did not eat or sleep well, I'm exhausted and constipated - blah!

Back home now, had a good sleep in my own bed last night and I am back on track!

Go me!
270.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
