Fall seven times, get up eight. I am back on the horse. Ghis time I am going into food tracking looking for health and wellness, and non scale victories. I am trying not to get obsessive and focus on weight loss. I am going to get comfortable in the body I have, and start treating it how it deserves to be treated.
254.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 104.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
