skipped going to the gym tonight...only to come home to chaos...😖 Lesson learned Universe... Shoulda went to the gym. I had wanted to go for weigh in and a swim today. Come home he said.. I miss ya he said... Man I want that punching bag & let that sweat pour!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
