Great discovery made here tonight !
I added 1/2 cup powdered eggwhite protein powder into a vegetable soup I was making ( 70gm broccoli, 50gm yam, 50gm squash, 1/4 cup lentiles, 1 clove garlic,40gm tomato and 2 tsp olive oil.
The eggwhite powder becomes many great, enjoyable... chewy clumpy things. Organic chicken broth gives it a nice flavor.

PS I think my eggwhite clumps it would be a super meat substitute
to mix in with with pasta and pasta sauce.
Good for ravioli and lasagnia too.
