First day of my diet. A lazy wet Saturday with my new Tanita Body Scales. The diet I'm using is loosely based on The Zone diet that I found helped me lose 10 kgs a few years ago.
Prior to that I found Jenny Craig successful at onetime but I soon came to be revolted by their food that one had to purchase.
My real challenge is to reduce the portion size of my evening meal, and to avoid snacking on biscuits and anything else I can find in the pantry or fridge.
I also need to get regular exercise. Walking would be ideal, but its midwinter here.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
