OK I happen to step on the scale again tonight and I was down more! I try not to weigh myself to often but still going in the right direction! I want to where a dress I wore about 2 years about at the beginning of May and I weighed 170so another 10 in 3 weeks would be fabulous!
Eating this way has been better in some ways over Atkins because I have been eating some carbs which has been great, even a small amount and not eating all the fat seems healthier.
