A small drop - I will take it!!!! Have been eating sodium-heavy ham and smokies this week, so will switch back to fish & chicken this weekend. The good news: my lab results were great! I am out of pre-diabetic range with A1C 5.6 (down from 5.8 last test) and even thyroid is normal! BP at 122/76. Next step is to focus on weight loss, activity, lose estrogen belly, so I can stop all (low dosage) medications. Truly my summer to "get back to normal" :)
