Okay. I really need to think about this now. I have no idea about this gain. Maybe this diet is not going to work for me now? It is very frustrating. It reminds me of when I stopped doing Slow Carb before and switched to BB and dropped off the last amount I needed to my goal after stalling and setbacks for nearly a year. In that instance, I think I discovered I was over eating, even though I was on plan. I recieved clearance to workout and plan to begin on Monday. I am going to do #Liift4, as I had wanted to before becoming pregnant. It is also 4 days a week, which I think is more doable given my current situation. #newbornlife Hopefully the increased activity will see the scale going down again. If things do not improve soon, I will have to change tactics. Today I am sad.
