Got to Curves early this morning since hubby is home today. He had an appt. at 9am so I had to slip out early and be back.

Well I stayed the same this week!!! UGGG!!! It's a matter of getting back to basics. I know I did alot of snacking this past week, telling myself it wouldn't matter. WHAT!!??? I need to pull the reigns in and start journaling food again. Get back to the water and so on. I am luck to have not gained and I need to learn from this and move on.

151.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everyone seems to be in that same boat right now. Been reading it all over Fatsecret. Must be the nice weather, summer parties, just a time for having fun. However....Staying the same is great! You didn't gain, and that was even with snacking! You must be subconsciously making better choices! The good news is too that you get out of the self discipline for one week...recognize it, and then here you are again stating what you need to do to be successful this week. I think you've got it! =)

You can do it :o)! You're on the right track by journaling again and pumpin' in the water! The water makes a HUGE difference in my dieting (or life-style change as we like to call it haha!) I bet now you're body will respond to the journaling and water drinking with a loss for next week! You'll see...YOU CAN DO IT HON!!! Smiles!
