worked in my yard a bit today. felt good. thought I did a good job keeping myself covered. but not enough. severe headache and nausea after awhile. all is good though only took 2 tylenol and about 30 minutes in the house to recover. thankful u.v. wasn't high. got to learn to b more careful. also have to remember the sunscreen. But got alot accomplished. thinking about replacing the gladiolus with carnations this year. The glads keep falling over when the weather gets bad. drives me nuts. anyway was a good day. love gardening.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 88.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
