Day 3 & final day of cleanse! Feeling really great this morning but yesterday was tough -- tired, crabby, etc. Didn't lose any weight, so reminding myself that the health benefits are more important. Accepted a last minute dinner invite for tonight, so will split this last day between today & tomo -- not optimal but trying also to let myself have a social life & not be all consumed with diet. Will try to continue the emphasis diet-wise on vegetables, fruit, nuts & beans. The raw food restaurant where I've been getting my cleanse recommended the movie, "Fat, Sick & Almost Dead", which I watched last night. It's a documentary about a man who does a juice cleanse -- found it really interesting & thought provoking. Off to pick up my drinks for the day, then on to paddle tennis:)

Nice you have all that energy! And I totally agree about your decision about dinner. I feel an ideal WOE is one that allows us to live in the "real world".

With all the exercise you do Ruth, you must be super toned. I agree with you that you have to find a happy medium of diet and living :)

Thanks for the reinforcement! And, please keep reminding me because I can let myself get caught up in my diet & exercise. I'm beginning to think that its time to accept that I may not weigh as little as I'd like & just be happy and enjoy that I am naturally muscular & like to workout. I'd weighed between 118-120 for many years, but age & that damn menopause may have caught up to me, so I may have to accept 120-125 as my range now. I'm realizing its most important to have a goal that attainable & sustainable, while allowing me to still enjoy life, including dinners out & a drink! The things I'm just getting at 52 years old!
