Like everything on this Journey, your weight loss is unpredictable as there are so many factors that affect the result.
Nevertheless as Ive always professed from the beginning of my journey, a loss is a loss and is progress forward in achieving the final goal.
Happy to end the month on a loosing streak, only 12.1kgs to go to reach my goal.
