Dari 25 feb join FS baru turun 2kg,tanpa olahraga sih,hehe itu normal atau ada yg salah ya kawan2 🤔🤔
154.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
