My weight has been at 66 . something kgs. now for a while, I'm not on a keto diet but I'm IF and am happy. I exercised a lot yesterday too, that makes my weight go up a few 100 gms. always. I feel good, I want to loose more but I may be being unrealistic for my age. I am losing fat because of the IF, the weighing scale doesn't show it, but my clothes do, and the measuring tape. I am going to keep at it, everyday 16/8 . let me see how my body reacts.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
