I think you are doing the right thing. Like you say, if you do put on weight you'll know why. But it sounds like you are in control of how much you're eating. I eat a 100g of dark chocolate every week, a total of 30 carbs. I don't think a little is going to hurt. At least i'm not eating 3 candy bars a day like i used to (that was on a good day!). Besides the odd bit of chocolate or heaven forbid a little carrot in my coleslaw, i'm sticking to the plan. I have eaten way to much cheese today though, oh well, i'll see the results on friday. Keep up the good work :)
