Although I was planning to cut out the sugar free chocolate candy as of yesterday,(& I didn't manage to do that), I still had 2 Atkins bars & my whey protein shake. Not sure if the 5 mile job yesterday or just cutting out the sugar free candy helped but I am down 1 pound today. I will know better tomorrow since I didn't go to the gym today.
