another .2 pounds!! LOL wow, yup i am definitley slowing down!
My plan to beat this before it becomes an actual platuea is to lower my carb intake and up my work outs. If i could just be consistant with the gym!! That has been the hardest part for me so far. I can control me eating, and i've grown to love fresh veggies more than mac n cheese, but i HATE working out. Always have, always will.
