another .2 pounds!! LOL wow, yup i am definitley slowing down!

My plan to beat this before it becomes an actual platuea is to lower my carb intake and up my work outs. If i could just be consistant with the gym!! That has been the hardest part for me so far.
I can control me eating, and i've grown to love fresh veggies more than mac n cheese, but i HATE working out. Always have, always will.

141.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I hate working out too...and sort of refuse to do it! I think .2 is great, my goal is .2 lbs every 2-4 days! The slower you lose it the more apt you are to keep it off!

This is true!! I dont know why we all have it stuck in our heads that weight loss has to happen quickly. As long as its coming off, its coming off. It really doesnt matter how long it takes as long as it STAYS OFF!
