I quit cold turkey myself 3 months ago. I’m up to drinking a gallon a day. I hate plain water so I always use lemons, cucumbers or mint for flavor and even mix all 3 for the day. I try to stay away from anything too sweet that will send me back into a tail spin 🤣🤣🤣
