made the mistake of adding bread to my diet. doesn't matter what kind of bread, but I've read that bread, whether whole wheat, multi-grain etc.. can help you gain and retain up to 12 pounds. well I've gained 6 now by adding bread. now I take bread out of my meals.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 100.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Lot's of people eat bread and lose weight. If you do low carb and then eat bread, you will gain. Maybe you are extra sensitive to carbs.
