I really thought I would of gained a lot more. Went to a bday party last Sat and ate not one but two cupcakes lol then went out to eat that night and ate out Sun too. I've added more calories during the week with a snack. My brain is having a hard time adjusting to eating more. It says eating more will cause a big gain lol . It's programmed in thinking the less calories you eat the more you will loose.
