Got a little sloppy with the diet this week. All Keto, but higher than 20 carbs almost daily. I’ve learned that maltitol does not affect my weight loss - whew. I don’t want to test the gods though.
245.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
