kemarin sebelum tidur 70.9 sesudah tidur 6 jam 70.1 sesudah pup, pip, workout 70.5 (0.4 ini dari mana??) satu jam kemudian sesudah mandi nimbang 70 kg pas. speak about yoyo... pagi2 aja gini.
