I haven't been making the best choices with food lately even though I watch my portions and still come out under my allowed calories except for one day was way over I was surprised this morning stepping on the scale being at it's Lowes in 6 years made me happy then I ran around the past two days shopping and was so hungry I ate McDonald's ick I was getting hangry and driving past and said f it im gonna eat lol now hopefully it won't cause a gain tomorrow is a new day to try to make better choices right
117.0 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
