Yessssss Sunday weigh-in woohooo I was going to do weigh-in Mondays but since I joined this site on a Sunday (one week ago), just had to check scale this morning: total for week 7.4! Tracking has helped immensely, seeing where those sneaky carbs were hiding (I'm looking at you sugary barbecue sauce) and keeping count of calories. Thank you everyone for your support!
