di minggu pertama I want to see progress jadinya nimbang terus (sambil perhatikan apa yg dimakan dan perubahannya apa). semalam sebelum tidur nimbang 70.0. bangun pagi nimbang 69,3 dan after workout jadi 69.0. Curious... Ada yg bisa kasi pencerahan kenapa begitu?
