Keto day #4 mulai ditambahin carbs nya jadi 50g. frekuensi ke belakang mulai berkurang. mulai kebiasa juga sama oily skinnya, bau mulut dan kering tenggorokan. Suhu badan overall kayak makin panas.
Rencana besok nambah serat dan begitu timbangan nginjek 64kg carb akan ditambah sampai 100g buat lifetime maintain. Mau 2th baru turun sampe 54 pun rapopo asal ngga ngeyoyo.
