What's done is done... what weight is gone let it be gone ..... today and each day forward starts anew to be a better you. went to a potluck party last night. I brought a healthy salad that I knew I could eat lots and paced myself throughout the day so I saved up some calories to use at the party. All went well considering so much carbs at the party. I stayed away from the breads(my weakness) and sushi and pizza only to celebrate with a few bites of the chocolate trifle cake....well worth it!
