stuck to 500 cal diet perfectly yesterday! Did machine at home 25 min and oblique wok
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Please make sure you get enough salt; the VLCD is inherently a big cut in carbs.
