Setelah 2 minggu stuck mulu di 61kg - 62kg.. Akhirnya turun juga walaupun masih deket ke 61kg 😳
134.3 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
