Not much but guess a loss is a loss.
3tablespoons of rice, 2 slices of cheese, 5 gummy lollies and coffee & Pepsi max yesterday.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 101.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
