I had stroke on 1/17/19. I was in the ICU uni9t for 6 days, then went to a med - surg unit. Then went to rehab. it took about a month to complete. I now take my weight loss more serious. I have no side effects, I am one lucky Bayard.

282.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 82.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 4.0 lb a week

Talk about dodging a bullet! (Debilitating -- and sometimes fatal -- strokes tend to run in my family, so you'd think I'd have caught on before now.) So glad that you've recovered and are back on track. Best wishes!
