Once again, I fell off the wagon for MONTHS. I only gained back a few pounds during that time, but I was eating junk - lost my job, dealt with life for a while, and let myself go back to eating whatever I felt like eating.

I snapped back to it and did a 4-day fruit, veggie, and juice fast then am easing my way back into a healthy, balanced eating plan. I'm already feeling much better and lost 5 pounds in a week and a half.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.2 lb a week
