Stopped watching things for a while - didn't pig out, just took some time off. I've been pretty consistent at 151.2; would like to get back in the 140s though.
So, I may track calories again, I've been riding my bike to/from work every day since the 8th, and I worked out yesterday. I'll try to keep this up and see how it works out, without super-stressing about it or switching back to the high-carb low-carb thing.
