Keeping calories between 1200 and 1500 a day, mostly fruits and veggies, mostly natural, low processed stuff, organic if possible, keep the breads to a minimum, but LOW STRESS, if a granola bar is what is available, it is what it is! If I want a beer, I get to have one. This is my plan for July. So far, (and we are talking five days) I have followed my commitment to myself (as I am calling it) and felt great, been happy, hung out with the family, and lost six roller coaster pounds since leaving the Medifast plan. GO JULY!
