Down another pound, YAH!!!
Makes 4 lbs for the week altogether. All those exercise minutes for the challenges sure made a difference. This site has really made me accountable for what I eat and I really appreciate all the support - thanks gang :-)
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
