Starting a new way of eating. Using Tony Robbins advice Fuel for Excellence. I've been running 3 miles 4x a week since January 1st and eating healthy. No weight reduction. Reading up on how to balance hormones naturally. Any advice welcome! Blood screenings, cholesterol and glucose are all excellent. Blood Pressure awesome range. Heavy in the middle waist 33.5 inches. BMI 23.69.
