Oh so happy these days! Feeling better and losing weight too !
270.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1726 kcal Fat: 124.58g | Prot: 112.08g | Carb: 41.66g.   Breakfast: nescafe hazelnut, olive oil, sweet n low, spinach, onion, hal and half, eggs. Lunch: bacon dripping, chicken thigh, cabbage. Dinner: cheese, bacon, romaine, tomato. Snacks/Other: Kosher Dill Pickles, sunflower seeds, Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, cheese. more...
