Worst Two months of weight loss. December 2018 i lost 100g’s January 2019 i lost 4.7 kg’s.
Whats truly fantastic is that my mind is 100% tuned into what i need to do to get where i need to go, cause even with the disappointing result of December, i persevered and struggled through which is vastly different to the 20 years of becoming 182.2kg’s.
So to all out there who are going through the struggle of shedding those unwanted killer grams, keep the train on the tracks no matter how dark the tunnel gets!
The light will come!!!
