ugh.. still maintaining, but got a couple of compliments.. i didnt realize that my body could still build muscle so quickly.. trying to chill on the exercise.. not trying to get all "hulk like" oh well.. gonna enjoy my home made sandwich, was craving one of those cheezy sausage filled breakfast sandwiches. made my own, guilt free.. 😁😁
211.8 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
