Ah well, so it goes. The next drop WILL come when my body is ready I guess. At least I am not gaining :)
269.2 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh thats the worst. I plateaued for like a week and a half and thought the scale would never go down again! Then suddenly one day BAM!! Stick with it - it will happen!!! 😁
