My doctor thinks it is from some of the supplements I added last month. she threw away my calcium and Vit D and gave me samples of a citracal w/D that doesn't have fillers, glocose, geletin. she also recommended aqua aerobics to help my joints. i started last night. it was so much easier on my knees. i was able to do an hour w/o pain or throbbing. this morning am a little sore but no pain!
