I didn’t follow the diet plan over the weekend but got back on track Monday. I was too worried to get on the scale because I knew I had gained weight so I waited until today, I really need to figure out how to stick to the plan during weekends.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
