Didn't log food yesterday as was eating at the BF's, again I was stuffed to the gunnels, think I had about 1/3 of a lamb leg, plus veg. He wants me to do it all again next week, I think it would be rude to say no haha. I am getting right in to African cooking, well eating it anyway, I will be incorporating some of the flavours into my own cooking at home (but not the Ocra, what is that about?!!!! mushy, slimey plate space waste 😁). I am going to intermittent fast as often as I can this week, allowing for work shifts and see how I feel after.

In another topic, I was so sad to see the Keto bashing on the news, the sugar industry must be in a panic if the advice is that Keto/low carb is fibre free so you must eat carbs to help your body. I get plenty of fibre, I am keto and celiac, I just cook sensibly and ensure that I have a balance of nutrition in my diet. My mother eats carbs by the ton and needs prunes and powders to keep her moving, so the advice spouted last week was not the full story and just a dig at LCHF ways of eating. rant over! 😁
