Spouse spent the past week in hospital for a fractured lumbar vertebra after a fall down concrete steps. I ate rubbish.
Back on track this week.

193.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 30.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.9 lb a week
