Yesterday was really good, I was so busy with the kids and in laws I didn’t get a chance to snack much. Time flew by and before I knew it, it was bed time!

Well on to day 4....definitely going to be tough to get through the first weekend of dieting. This is usually my downfall
162.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
