Well it's been 1 month on extreme fat smash and results: 14 lbs! I think I did a good job. The book says it's okay to do it twice, so today I'm giving myself a high carb day (2 highcarb meals) to "confuse" my body. Tomorrow I start all over again and I decided I'm going to run at least 3 days a week too for that extra push.
