Day 6 of eating clean - no sugar, alcohol, processed foods, animal products, or caffeine. I feel amazing and it feels amazing to get back into my nutrition practice and take care of my body. Happy New Year, indeed!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
