Hcg day 5
180.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what is hcg? every time you say it i think of a pregnancy test

(HCG) is a hormone that supports the normal development of an egg in a woman's ovary, and stimulates the release of the egg during ovulation. HCG is used to cause ovulation and to treat infertility in women, and to increase sperm count in men.

oh sorry, it's called "trim you" spray now. But I believe it's still based off of women hormones,(though artificial) so you're not too far off. It's Dr. Simeon's diet: https://www.fatsecret.com/diets/member-diet/Default.aspx?dietid=310906 .. .it's quite austere but it works for me. well we'll see if it works this time, . . so far so good almost 8lbs. in 5 days. My problem is maintaining a healthy weight after the weight loss . .
