Ate fish fingers, chook wings in evening. Making room in freezer for subscription to quality food (farm to fork stuff) coming in a few days. Did some weights, didn't get tired after. very interesting, that, as it suggests my body's getting better at using up its stores of blubber. Good job too as there's a lot of it :-)
