Thought that I would reach my goal today and reset it. Didn't happen. Started free weights and did a lengthy walk yesterday. Perhaps I put on some lean mass instead. Still very optimistic.
216.3 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
